Yin/Yang Yoga
Yin/Yang Yoga this newly added class will combine Yin yoga steadiness and Yang yoga playfulness both being mindful practices helping you achieve a complete balance within one practice.
Yin yoga - helps to maintain and restore the health of the connected tissue allowing openness to mindful stretching of the ligaments tendons in fashion. Poses (asanas) are gently held for 3 to 4 minutes encouraging stillness of mind and body
Yang Yoga - helps you find your youthfulness - playfulness also through a very mindful practice of alignment as each asana is placed into a gentle flow
Placing these two practice together will leave you feeling restored, youthful and a little more balanced

YIN Yoga
There are two principles that differentiate yin practice from more yang approaches to yoga: holding poses for several minutes and stretching the connective tissue around a joint. To do the latter, the overlying muscles must be relaxed. If muscles are tense, the connective tissue won't receive the proper stress.
Meditation Yoga
Unique class for any special needs students may have such as arthritis,
fibromyalgia, MS and joint replacements. Class is based on relaxation meditation
and supported yoga poses.
Hot Ashtanga Vinyasa Mix
Great morning wake up class, based on Ashtanga Primary Series: Also known as Yoga Chikitsa (Yoga
Therapy) This class refers to the full primary series of the ashtanga system, as
taught in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. This flowing,
set, sequence of postures utilizes ujjayi breath and bandhas (energy locks) to
increases muscular strength, flexibility, concentration
Vigorous but available to all levels.
Gentle Basic
Classic therapeutic yoga postures to include balance strength and flexibility.
Breath work and meditation also a strong focus in this class.
Corepower Yoga
A wonderful blend or traditional Ashtanga with a strong focus on
core strengthening. Good for intermediate to advanced level student.
Slow Flow Yoga
enjoy the delicious synthesis of movement, breath, and energy of Slow Flow yoga class.
